Khloe Kardashian has received criticism from fans who have accused her of "devastating" treatment of her son Tatum.
The 11-month-old was born via a surrogate to Khloe and her baby daddy Tristan in July 2022. Despite the couple having called it quits, the pair co-parent Tatum and their daughter True, five.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, fans spotted Khloe feeding her son with an empty bottle during a visit from her mother, Kris Jenner.
As she rocked and tried to settle him, Khloe told Kris: "We had to change his formula, and we got him allergy tested, he's not lactose, but he was really having trouble on our other formula so now he's on goat milk and I think he's still adjusting."
Kris then asked how she was coping with her newborn son, to which the Good American founder admitted that the "connection" to her second child was "different," which she confessed to feeling "guilty" about.
"I still don't have that complete bond, but some people say it takes time. I feel bad, I feel guilty," Khloe said.
As Khloe opened up for her viewers, eagle-eyed fans spotted the empty milk bottle and took to Reddit to share their thoughts.
"This is going to have devastating consequences for the baby," one wrote.
"I can’t believe they keep trying to push this “hands on mom” sh**," another harshly typed.
"Of course you’re not feeling bonded with your baby.. you don’t even take care of him. There is little chance she changes diapers and it’s pretty obvious that she doesn’t feed him or prepare bottles."
"You already know she doesn’t change nappies with the long nails she has," a third added.
A fourth put: "She has all the money in the world to take maternity leave. Especially since she struggles bonding that's even more reason to stay home and focus on her kids."
