Khloé Kardashian 's fans have urged her to "leave her lips alone" after they spotted what they thought was enhancements in her latest social media video.

The reality TV star, 38, shared a sweet clip to Instagram alongside daughter True, four, as the pair enjoyed some mother-daughter time.

However, while many of her followers gushed at how adorable the video was, others pleaded with her to stay away from cosmetic surgery.
