Fast food rewards apps are the latest trend sweeping global chains across the UK, with McDonald’s and Burger King both launching loyalty schemes in recent weeks. Now, fried chicken chain KFC have also announced their own rewards programme for returning customers.
The KFC Rewards Arcade is a new section on the existing KFC App, which gives fans the chance to instantly win menu items when ordering their favourite food.
Playing on the nostalgia of seaside arcades, all app users have to do is either order ahead or scan the QR code in-restaurant or Drive-Thru, place an order,. then play a classic arcade themed game for the chance to win.

To celebrate, KFC is hiding some limited-edition Colonel’s Coins near arcades in 11 different locations across the UK between September 9 and 11 as part of a cross-country treasure hunt. The exact locations will be revealed on KFC’s social media channels on the day.
Those who seek out one of the coins in each location and take it to a participating KFC restaurant, will be able to cop an instant prize, such as a Dipping Boneless Feast, Trilogy Box Meal or even a £50 voucher.
One of the top-secret arcade locations will also have a sneaky extra coin, which unlocks a year’s supply of KFC - the fast food giant’s biggest, most coveted prize.
And that’s not the only exciting news KFC has announced this week - they’ve also revealed a brand new flavour Twister Wrap, which will be available for limited time only.
The new Korean BBQ flavour joins the Twister Wrap Of The Day line up and is available now until November 13. We recommend hitting up KFC on a Monday to get it for just £1.98, as it’s £3.99 the rest of the week.
They’ve also launched a brand new Krushems flavour, Chocolate Aero, which will be on the menu for a limited time only.
