The Chicago Bulls are 2-5 through their first seven games of the season, and a few of their losses have been by double digits. Needless to say, it’s not exactly the start the Bulls were hoping for when they began their 2023-24 campaign, and right now, they’re fully in the thick of it.
Their most recent loss came against the reigning NBA Champion Denver Nuggets, 123-101. And as they look for a bounce back, they’ll be faced with another tough matchup, as their next game is against Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns, who are widely projected to be a top team in the Western Conference.
Durant recently spoke about the Suns’ upcoming matchup with the Bulls.
“Chicago’s going to be a tough opponent,” Durant said via Duane Rankin of AZ Central. “They got guys who can score from all over the floor. So, we’ll just focus on the gameplan and try to execute that as best we can. Just keep believing and having confidence in our shots when we take them. We’ll be fine.”
"I know he can't wait to start."
