Comedian Kevin Bridges teased fans that some new tour dates could be added to his sell-out tour later this year.
The Clydebank -born funnyman made some serious hints of extra performances as he blasted touts for cashing in.
The 35-year-old's upcoming Overdue Catch-Up tour sold out in minutes when it was announced last year, leaving fans stuck in huge online queues with thousands of others.
A fan took to Twitter to complain about Viagogo prices, as two tickets for Bridges Newcastle show would now set back a punter £321.
In response, the Scots comic slammed resale sites, writing: "Bonkers. Again, please don’t use these sites folks. Potentially some new dates coming over the week or so. Working on it. Only buy off the venue’s own sites and ticketmaster. Cheers!"
Fans took to the replies to praise the comedian for urging people away from resale sites and their extortionate prices.
Someone raged: "Needs some govt intervention around those sites, complete rip off merchants. Until then it needs individual restraint to not use them, choke the demand otherwise they'll just carry on"
"How this site is still allowed is an absolute joke! They even say at the top they can’t guarantee entrance but still allow tickets to be sold (I mean they have Ed Sheeran tickets available - you would think they have learnt from last time)," another ranted.
A third wrote: "These folk are absolute piss takers and scum. Why do ordinary punters continue to fuel these folk by buying at these prices? Even if you have too much disposable income, nobody should ever fall for this crap"
This isn't the first time the Glasgow funnyman has spoke out against such websites, as his tour was first announced he encouraged fans to only buy through official channels.
Bridges said at the time: “As always, please don’t use Seatwave, Viagogo and all the other s****y robbing b*****d sites. Today was only a pre-sale. General sale is Friday and there will be some extra dates added.
“Please don’t pay over the ticket price to these. Cheers!”
Kevin will be performing a record-breaking 15 shows at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow from September 2 to 25 later this year.
