Kevin Bridges shares first photo of baby boy and reveals adorable name

Kevin Bridges has shared the first photo of his baby boy with fans and revealed his name.

The much-loved comedian, 36, and his wife Kerry, told fans they were expecting their first baby in May last year.

After revealing his family news, Kevin has preferred to keep his son after the limelight - since his arrival last summer.

However, in a recent update, Kevin gave the first glimpse of his tot and and even shared his name.

The insight came as Kevin marked the end of another hugely successful tour.

Reflecting on his incredible year - which saw Kevin shift an incredible 500,000 tickets on his Overdue Catch-Up tour, the Scottish star shared the rare personal snap.

Kevin was seen heading for an arena exit door as he held his youngster in one hand and was followed by his 'dug'.

The dad also told Scottish Sun that he and wife Kerry have named the the boy Liam.

He captioned the post: "Five arena tours done! Mental.

"Thank you to everyone who came out. It’s been a ride. From the comedy clubs in January right up to the big b****** arenas, we go again and again.

"A few off field issues to deal with and then there will be some international dates and of course a DVD / special / whatever it’s called these days.

"To 2023, man and god bless the heart to the trigger fans, and my mum, dad, brar, wife, and legend of son and my dug - thank you.

"There we were, now here we are.

"See you all very shortly…."

Kevin has just wrapped on his latest tour and will now enjoy a break over Christmas with his loved ones (PA)

Kevin returned to the comedy circuit this year after a four year break since his last mammoth tour.

The anticipated new show was well received by fans who snapped up tickets in minutes.

His last two tours accumulated in one million ticket sales - including a record 35 sold-out-shows at Glasgow’s iconic Hydro.

Peter Kay still holds the Guinness World Record for the biggest-selling run of all time - playing to a total of 1.2 million people in 2010.
