Kerry Katona has told how she's been walking around on a broken foot without realising after being in "agony" for months.
The mum-of-five, 42, who recently sparked a debate after blasting women for taking leave from work for periods, has revealed how she fell of over during filming for a TV show last year and broke her foot.
Despite the pain, the former Atomic Kitten singer was none the wiser to the extent of her injury until recently.
TV personality Kerry told fans of her plans to lose weight following corrective surgery on her stomach in January.
Telling of her exercise plans, she wrote in her OK! magazine column: “I do need to take it steady, as I’ve found out I have a broken foot!
“I fell over while filming a TV show last year and never got it checked out. I’ve been in agony ever since, but just got on with it.
“I recently went for some physio and was told it’s broken, so I’ve been walking around with a broken foot since last year!”
The telly star also told of her frustrations over her weight gain following surgery, and admitted she’s fed up with “feeling cr*p” about herself.
She told how she feels ready to get back to exercising after the corrective operation and has a goal of losing three stone in mind.
While she’s still a bit swollen, Only Fans star Kerry said she’s not ready to show off her stomach yet but is feeling positive about her recovery.
“Surgery isn’t just a quick fix – I need to put in the work, too,” she wrote.
Kerry’s foot confession comes just days after she revealed that she lost £14,000 after being forced to pull out of a two week cruise because of her intense fear of the sea.
The former singer revealed it was the most she has ever spent on a holiday and she never got to experience the first class trip after pulling out the night before.
The mum of five led a jet-setting life whilst a member of Atomic Kitten and has enjoyed family holidays since exiting the band.
But she still couldn't bring herself to get on the cruise.
"The most I've spent was around 14K on a two-week cruise with Mark Croft when I was pregnant with Heidi," she wrote in her New column.
"We booked a first-class trip, but the night before I had a panic attack and we didn't go because I was so scared of the sea.
"So we lost all the money.”
