Kerry Katona has made a heartbreaking admission amid revealing that her fiancé, Ryan Mahoney, is going through the process to adopt her youngest child.

The former Atomic Kitten singer, 42, spoke about Ryan going through the adoption process after her eight-year-old daughter, Dylan-Jorge, revealed she wanted to call him Dad.

Dylan-Jorge's biological father, George Kay, passed away in 2019, with Kerry admitting her daughter was too young to remember him.
