Kerry Katona says she is "embracing" looking like a "swollen beach whale" after her holiday in Spain.
The mum-of-five admits she "isn’t 21 anymore" and can’t wait to hit the gym after she 'overindulged' on her holiday.
She went away for two weeks with kids Molly, 21, Lilly-Sue, 19, Heidi, 15, Max, 14, and DJ, 8, for a sun-soaked family getaway.
But after returning, the former face of Iceland says she wants to have "lots of lymphatic drainage" after looking back at holiday snaps.
Despite having a "great time", Kerry says she plans to get some water retention tablets to try and reduce her "swelling" body.
"When you start to eat s**t, you feel like s**t," she told OK! magazine as she revealed plans to drop back down to a size 10 because it 'makes her feel her healthiest'.
She said: "I am just embracing it. I know I don’t look the greatest, but it is what it is. As I’ve got older, I’ve started to embrace it. I’m not 21 anymore and it’s normal for your body to change.
"Naturally, my body is going to change. I’ll do everything in my power to stop it from changing drastically but it’s harder to keep your body at my age. I’m embracing it.
"I’ve been on holiday with my kids and we had a great time. We’ve really enjoyed ourselves."
But it was looking back at paparazzi snaps that Kerry compared herself "swollen beach whale", admitting she "can’t wait" to get back to her local gym.
"When I look at the pictures I feel like it’s not my body – I feel like I’m in someone else’s body,” she told OK! mag. “I don’t think I’m fat, it’s just my body is swollen and I don’t know why."
It comes after Kerry recalled the 'amazing' experience she had on mind-bending magic mushrooms during a family holiday.
The 42-year-old says she and fiancé Ryan Mahoney enlisted someone to watch her kids during a getaway in Spain while they enjoyed a spiritual experience thanks to the hallucinogens and a team of professionals.
Kerry recalls herself and Ryan crying their eyes out after taking the mushrooms - a Class A drug in the UK - and seemingly blasts the British government for prohibiting legal use of the drug and preventing citizens from achieving "that free conscious mind."
"So we actually did mushrooms. We were in Marbella with the children. The kids went out for the day and we had two professionals come over. They set it all up," she told Shaun Attwood's True Crime Podcast.
She added: "I cried my eyes out, Ryan was crying his eyes out – and it was just amazing. I can’t explain it. It’s amazing what us as humans don’t realise what we can do with our own breath.
"I believe the f***ing Government don’t want us to have that free conscious mind, I’m a conspiracy theories person."
