KOCHI: Kerala on Monday registered the lowest number of daily new Covid-19cases in 2022 so far. The state reported 2,010 new infections during the 24-hour period.
However, death remains a concern, with the toll rising to 65,333. There were seven deaths reported in the last 24 hours due to the virus. In addition, 42 deaths were reported in the previous days due to late receipt of documents and 61 deaths were added as per the new guidelines of the Supreme Court. 29,545 samples were tested bringing the TPR to 7.28%.
