Finally, in Tunisia, two weeks after the end of the annual hajj pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia, questions are still being raised about the heavy death toll. Many blame the 1,300 deaths on extremely high temperatures, some pilgrims' old age as well as an influx of pilgrims without authorisation.
