Kentucky’s Secretary of State has won a second four-year term. The Commonwealth’s top election officer pointed to that responsibility as the key to winning re-election.
Louisville lawyer Michael Adams began his remarks by saying, quote, “mission impossible had become mission accomplished.” Adams’ time as secretary of state has included carrying out elections during a pandemic period. And he said state election policies are sound.
