Rangers are under more pressure than rivals Celtic when it comes to Sunday's Scottish Cup clash, according to Kenny Dalglish.
The sides meet for the second time in as many weeks with an Easter Sunday semi-final spectacular on the cards.
Celtic have the Scottish Premiership title in their sights as they are currently six points clear at the top of the table and have already bagged themselves some silverware this season in the form of the Premier Sports Cup.
Rangers meanwhile are targeting a first win in a domestic cup since 2011 while they must first attend to Thursday night's Europa League second leg against Braga.
"There’s more pressure on Rangers to win it. I know they’ve done well in Europe and have a big game on Thursday at home," said Dalglish.
"Whatever happens there, even if they get beat, they’ve done really well to get this far. I think Sunday would be the more important game of the two.
"I don’t think it’ll affect what happens with the league campaign. That’s 100 per cent in Celtic’s hands. There’s one Old Firm game to come so if they don’t lose that it’s almost done and dusted for them."
Sitting second in the league by six points at the turn of the year, Celtic have pulled off a 12-point swing and top the table with a considerable goal difference providing some extra security.
The latest blow was landed in the form of Cameron Carter-Vickers' winner in the derby at Ibrox earlier this month.
And Dalglish previously saw the American international's attitude up close in his role at Liverpool as fans pray he'll be staying for more after his initial loan spell from Spurs.
He said: "If he wants to leave Tottenham, then I’m sure he will be more than happy to sign for Celtic - if the finances are right," he added.
“He’s done brilliantly. All the paperwork and suggestions for next year will be going on but there won’t be any fast or hard decisions until this season is finished.
“Celtic will be a greater attraction to Carter-Vickers now than what he realised when he first came up.
“I remember him from his time at Tottenham when he was in the first-team squad one day.
“The next day, he came up to Anfield to play in a reserve game and his attitude was 100 per cent on.
“That was impressive to me because he came up and played without any animosity.
“He played with the younger boys at Tottenham after being involved in the first-team and that’s got to impress you.
“I don’t know the guy but he looks like a good professional.”
