Kemi Badenoch was visibly emotional as she discussed the harrowing bodycam footage that showed Henry Nowak’s cries for help being dismissed by police after he was stabbed to death.
The 18-year-old student died after Vickrum Digwa carried out a brutal knife attack, which included two stab wounds to the back of Nowak’s legs and a fatal wound to his heart.
