Kelsey Parker reportedly had an "emotional" conversation with her late husband Tom Parker 's mother last week after it was claimed the widow has begun a new romance.
It was reported last month Kelsey, 32, had started dating electrician Sean Boggans, 39, eight months after Tom's tragic passing.
The late singer - best known as a boyband member in The Wanted - died aged 33 in March, nearly two years after he was diagnosed with brain cancer.
Now it's been claimed his widow Kelsey - who Tom had married in 2018 - had a "heart to heart" with his mother, Noreen Parker, just a couple of days ago about moving on.
The Sun reports Kelsey - who has two children with her late husband - "held crunch talks" with Noreen last week, with the discussion said to have been "highly charged".
A source told the outlet: "Explaining the situation to Noreen was one of the hardest things to do because Kelsey's not even sure how she feels about it all right now."

The source said Kelsey will "always" be considered part of the family. They added that Noreen was "adamant" that her late son Tom would want Kelsey to be happy.
The late singer's mother "understands" that his widow "needs to find a new future for herself," according to the source. They added the family will "support" her.
"Ultimately that means she will find someone else to share her life with - and if that person is Sean, Noreen and the family will support Kelsey the whole way," the source said.
The Mirror approached Kelsey's representative for comment.
Kelsey had married Tom in 2018. The couple welcomed their first child together, Aurelia, now three, the following year. Their second child, Bodhi, now two, was born in 2020.
As previously reported, Kelsey is believed to have met Sean earlier this year while holidaying in Rhodes with some pals. They are reportedly now in the early stages of a relationship.
A source told MailOnline : "It's very early days and no one knows what the future will bring. For now, Kelsey is happy that someone else has come into her life."
It's been reported that Kelsey attended the wedding of one of Sean's relatives recently. It's been claimed that they showed visible signs of affection for one another.
