Kelly Brook had been suspecting David McIntosh had been cheating on her for months, according to reports.
Over the weekend it was revealed that CBB star David had sent texts and emails to his ex while he was dating brunette Kelly.
The personal trainer, 28, even visited his ex's home while Kelly, 34, was working 3,500 miles away in America.
But David, who played Tornado on TV show Gladiators, claimed he stayed in touch with his former lover because they jointly owned a dog.
Representatives for both Kelly and David refused to comment on claims the model angrily confronted the ex in a series of online messages.
But according to The Sun, Kelly has branded her former lover as: “a needy insecure man that will never treat a woman right.”
Kelly allegedly said David was “cruel and mean.”
“His cooking in s*** too. I won't miss any of it, we both deserve better. He used you and me,” the brunette Celeb Juice star is reported to have told the ex.
The stunning model is also thought to have admitted that she fell out of love with David a while ago, and that the former gladiator had: “Bad clothes, bad energy and bad dance moves.”
Youch.
On Sunday, David blasted Kelly for dumping him and ending their engagement and says he’s “absolutely devastated” about the break up.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star posted a lengthy open letter on Twitter earlier today, where he hit back at his former friend, who claimed that David had cheated on Kelly with her.
In the emotional two-pager, muscly David reveals that he is “devastated” by the drama and is “deeply upset” that Kelly has dumped him.
“I’m incredibly hurt and sickened by the false accusations and believe she has done this out of jealousy and spite because she knows that, 1) I’m am not interested in her romantically and 2) I only love and want Kelly,” he fumed.
Denying being a love rat, David continued: “I did not cheat on Kelly whatsoever. Kelly is my world and, other than my son, she’s the only person I've ever truly cared about in my life.”
While David insists that he didn’t do the dirty with the mother-of-two, he wrote: “I’m absolutely devastated that these lies have caused Kelly to end our engagement but am even more deeply upset that the woman I thought loved me and was literally my life my would not stand by me.”
The CBB star, who was ousted in the first eviction in the last series reveals that he did want to introduce his ex to his former housemate, Geordie Shore star Ricci Guarnaccio.
“Yes, I recently invited her to come and party with myself and Ricci Guarnaccio, but that was because Ricci wanted a girl to party with and I viewed her as a good time party girl,” he said.
David then went on to say that they didn’t end up going out because he “thought twice about it”.
Earlier today, David broke his silence over the split after The Sun published the story.
He wrote this afternoon: "There are two sides to every story. You are free to believe what you wish...it doesn't alter the facts."
David once pleaded guilty to crashing a van full of dead badgers and probably thought life couldn't get any worse than that, but it seems it has.
The hulking Big Brother brute was engaged to one of the world's most beautiful women but now he's been kicked to the curb while Kelly it seems still has a spring in her step.
Pictured out and about in LA, minus her engagement ring, Ms Brook looked like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders and her ring finger.
David's ex has since spoken out and claims he "begged" to see her and Kelly warned her away.
She said: "This has gone on for months and I have never said a word, David originally cheated on me with Kelly and I kept my mouth shut.
"David begs and begs to see me. I've done Kelly a favour because she simply does not know the man she was about to marry."
We're still yet to hear from Kelly but we imagine all the details will be in her next book.
