Kellie Harrington's wife Mandy posted an emotional message to her partner after the Dubliner won gold at the European Games on Saturday in Poland.
The reigning Olympic Champion punched her ticket to Paris next year and impressed against Serbia's Natalia Shadrina in the 60 kg boxing final.
And Harrington will no doubt be favoured to defend her title next year after her near-flawless tournament performance.
Harrington tied the knot to wife Mandy Loughlin last year and her partner sent her an emotional message soon after winning gold.
Taking to Instagram, Mandy said: "@kelly_harrington14 knows how to execute a plan. Moments like this make all the blood, sweat, tears, ups, downs and hangry disagreements all worth it.
"UNBELIEVABLY proud of you. "
It was a brilliant European Games for Irish Boxers with Aoife O'Rourke also scooping gold as she beat Davina-Myrha Michel of France in her final while Dean Clancy won silver on Saturday.
Michaela Walsh won a bronze medal and will also travel to the Paris Olympics.
