Kelis was spotted in the UK whilst on tour earlier this week, with the singer's shows following the surprising news that she is romantically involved with Bill Murray.
It was reported earlier this month that Kelis, 43 - known for her song Milkshake - and actor Bill, 72 - whose films include Ghostbusters - have been "getting close for a while", after the pair were both spotted at Brixton's Mighty Hoopla festival where Kelis was performing.
The speculation has attracted much attention in recent weeks and the rumour-mill even prompted reaction from the BRIT Award winner on social media, prior to her return to the UK.
The snaps showed Kelis arriving in Manchester earlier this week, with her seen heading to a hotel with her family ahead of performing at Glastonbury Festival on Friday.
Kelis was seen arriving at the hotel wearing a green t-shirt, that featured artwork depicting the late singer Bob Marley, and a pair of blue jeans. And she opted to wear trainers.
The photos are understood to have been taken before she performed at the Albert Hall in the city on Wednesday, ahead of taking to the stage at Glastonbury later this week.
Romance rumours about Kelis and Bill began circulating weeks ago, with a source having previously told The Sun that the two celebrities had been "getting close for a while".
They are said to have met Stateside initially and the source said that they had "clearly hit it off".
It's been suggested that Kelis and Bill have a "common bond" due to them both having reportedly had "relatively recent bereavements". This includes Kelis having been widowed last year when her husband Mike Mora passed away.
The source commented: "Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it seems, they are both single and are having fun despite the fairly big age gap".
Kelis was asked about the rumoured romance in the comments section of post on Instagram a few weeks ago, which showed the singer enjoying herself on a holiday. She wrote in the caption of her post: "I'm a beach bum".
One person seemingly suggested she was riding on Bill's coat-tails, replying: "You ain't no beach bum... U a BB each bummy lol. Bill got u by here riding his wave lol media is destroying ya'll."
Kelis replied: "Lol yeah maybe for now everyone's dumb and will believe anything but the best part is we are both blessed, rich and happy. So who's really laughing. Now that's funny".
And when another person wrote a comment about Kelis, including speculating that her and Bill "are not dating" and are "probably friends," the singer reacted with a heart emoji.
