Hortons’ Estate Ltd has let two of the final three properties at Interchange 25 Business Park, in Nottingham.
Top 10 UK house builder Keepmoat Homes has agreed the bigger of the two lettings at the Bostocks Lane scheme, on the western edge of the city close to junction 25 of the M1.
Keepmoat has signed a five-year lease on a two-storey standalone office space of just over 6,000 sq ft and has now taken occupancy of the building following completion of an internal fit-out.
