Keaton Jennings’ career-best 318 and Luke Wells’ century kept Lancashire in sight of victory in their County Championship clash with Somerset in Southport.

Jennings made the highest individual first class score at Southport, the fourth highest by any Lancashire batter in history and the highest by any Lancashire batter since 1990.
