Kaye Adams admits she lies about real age and is 'panicking' about turning 60

Loose Women's Kaye Adams has admitted she has lied about how old she is over the years and is an "age denier".

And the BBC Radio Scotland host admitted she is panicking as she has only nine months left until she turns 60.

In her new podcast How to Be 60, Kaye revealed she liked to keep her age close to her chest after being inspired by her mum, who was also "age-phobic".
