Internet cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch said she is "living in a nightmare" after her son Ronnie, 3, was rushed to hospital.
The social media star, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, explained her Instagram absence to her millions of followers this week. In a lengthy post she explained how Ronnie had been battling a rare condition in hospital, as she paced the corridors praying for him to get better.
After some ten days in hospital, Ronnie has finally been discharged.

Mrs Hinch told her fans Ronnie's first symptom was that his temperature suddenly spiked to 40C. She added: "Ron was admitted and IV antibiotics started but NOTHING was working, in fact Ronnie deteriorated.
"The incredible doctors and nurses started every blood test and scan you can imagine. "
She revealed that Ron had been diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, a rare, non contagious disease that only affects around eight in every 100,000 children under the age of five in the UK.
According to the NHS, a child with Kawasaki disease has a high temperature that lasts for 5 days or longer, and possibly one or more of the following symptoms:
- a rash
- swollen glands in the neck
- dry, red cracked lips
- a swollen, bumpy, red tongue, also known as “strawberry tongue”
- red inside the mouth and at the back of the throat
- swollen and red hands and feet
- red eyes
Symptoms are said to "become less severe" after a few weeks with "the correct treatment", but recovery can take longer than this in some children.
You should see a GP or call 111 if your child has a persistent high temperature and one or more symptoms of Kawasaki disease. NHS guidance says if your baby is under one years old it is even more important to seek medical attention.
