Australian actress Ruby Rose has alleged on social media that she was sexually assaulted by American singer Katy Perry in an incident that she says took place nearly 20 years ago. The claim was made in posts on the platform Threads and has not been tested in court.
Rose is known for acting roles in series 'Orange Is the New Black' and 'Batwoman,' said the alleged incident happened at a nightclub in Melbourne, Australia, when she was in her early 20s. She wrote that she had not spoken publicly about it for many years.
