Katie Taylor and Eddie Hearn had Croke Park on their minds after the Irish star defeated Karen Elizabeth Carabajal at Wembley Arena on Saturday evening.
Taylor dominated from start to finish and was awarded a landslide win on all three of the judges’ scorecards. Carabajal was a game opponent, however, ‘The Bray Bomber’ was too sharp, too clever, and cruised to victory.
After the fight, both Taylor and promoter Eddie Hearn stated their desire for Katie’s next fight to be a homecoming event in Ireland.
