Katie Price sparked concern after getting her new tattoo wet during her holiday to Thailand.
The former glamour model, 43, was told she shouldn't be going swimming after being inked so recently as she shared another snipper from her getaway.
In her latest YouTube video, Katie shared more footage from her holiday with fiancé Carl Woods.
While she was there, she underwent hours of painful tattooing to create a half sleeve design on each arm.
One arm is covered in flowers - inspired by her mum Amy - and the other features a unicorn, perhaps inspired by her lifelong love of horses.
As her latest video began, she's sat inspecting her new ink and declares that her arm is feeling rather sore - and it looks pretty swollen too.
"Welcome back to Thailand," she says.
"Now today is going to be an amazing day. Why? Because we are going to a place called Piggy Island.
"Apparently it's amazing, you just get random pigs roaming about, we get to go on a boat, basically the whole trip is five hours.
"There's just one problem, due to me having my tattoo done yesterday, my arm is slightly swollen."
Katie holds up her arms to show the difference, and it's revealed the video was taken before she had her second sleeve added.
Her right arm looks bigger than the left and looks a little red as well.
"It hurts so much," she says. "Even though I'm going back the day after Piggy Island for more torture of needling, tattooing."
Showing off the results of her biggest boob job yet in a tiny string bikini, Katie is delighted when she arrives on the island to visit the animals.
She even managed to get up close with a couple of piglets to pet one, and ran off when another pig jumped out of a bath and headed towards her.
But people were concerned about Katie getting her new tattoo wet.
One wrote in the comments: "Katie, you know you're not supposed to get your brand new tattoo wet! So no swimming or sweating of any kind, and no sun! Not until it's all healed. It affects the healing process, and that affects how the tattoo will look like once all healed."
Another told her: "That tattoo looks great! Hope you put tons of sunscreen on it while at the beach!"
Katie has explained the meaning behind her new ink in a previous video.
The mum-of-five said: "I asked my mum what her favourite flowers were, because I was thinking of something to cover here.
"She likes daffodils, lilies, hyacinths."
And while getting inked, she said: "This is torture but it's my fault for all of the grief I have given my mum."
She also wrote in the description of the video: "I wanted to get my mum's favourite flowers on my forearm so she can be with me wherever I go!
"I could never ask for a better mum and I'm so lucky she is in my life."
The new ink covered up a tattoo tribute she'd previously got for her kids and her fiancé.
She used to have hers and Carl's names, her nickname for them 'Priceywoods' and the initials of her kids hanging off a charm bracelet.
