Katie Price sparked concern from fans after sharing videos in hospital, before confirming her split with Carl Woods.
The former glamour model, whose daughter Princess was recently rushed to A&E after breaking her fingers, took to her Instagram stories to share the news with her fans as she walked through a hospital corridor. Sounding fed up, she said: "Oh, I'm back at hospital again..." as she panned the camera around to show her 2.6million followers.
Katie, 44, spoke out about her relationship with Carl for the first time after the car salesman accused her of being unfaithful. Looking glam on a wild night out on Wednesday night, Katie confirmed she is single in a now deleted video uploaded to Instagram.
Carl, 33, uploaded an explosive Instagram video last week announcing their two-year relationship had come to an end, before going on to claim the reason behind it was because Katie had slept with another man in the ultimate betrayal.
While out with friends on Wednesday night, Katie, who has remained tight lipped about Carls accusations, confirmed the news of their split. She said while applying lip-gloss: "Hi everyone, so yeah I'm single", before pointing to her lip-gloss and saying: "But guess who I'm out with tonight? Katie Price. I'm having a conversation with them lips."
It comes after a furious Carl said he was incredibly "embarrassed" to make the announcement their relationship was over. He claimed in his break-up rant: "So, there's no easy way for me to say this and to be honest with you, it's quite embarrassing. But me and Kate, are not together anymore. I found out yesterday that Katie cheated on me. She's admitted that she cheated on me. She slept with somebody else.
"So yeah, that's the end of that. I guess I'm just gonna focus on rebuilding myself and get my life back on track. And concentrating on me but that's done."
Katie had a turbulent relationship with her on again off again fiance Carl and regularly faced split rumours. However, now Carl has confirmed the end of their romance just weeks after the pair returned home from Thailand. The couple reportedly went to Thailand as she had a consultation on a breast reduction and another facelift but decided against the surgery.
The pair were spotted together last week following the split announcement, at Bill’s restaurant in Horsham, West Sussex, causing speculation of a reunion. Shutting down these rumours, the source told OK! : “They're definitely not back together. Katie was trying to win him back but pals don't see him ever getting back with her. He is pretty adamant that he is done now."
Katie and Carl began dating in June 2020 after meeting through TV work and mutual friends. Carl, who is a used car salesman and OnlyFans content creator, made a brief appearance in the 2016 season of Love Island but failed to find love and was dumped from the villa.
The couple went Instagram official the following month, with Katie writing in a post: "Found my perfect prince finally @carlJwoods." A month after the couple started dating, they jetted off to Turkey to get matching "his and hers" teeth.
Four months after the couple made their relationship official, the pair got detailed tattoos of each other's faces on their arms. Ten months into their whirlwind relationship, Katie announced that Carl had asked the former glamour model to marry him.
The car dealer reportedly spent £50,000 on her stunning diamond ring and the couple later appeared on Good Morning Britain to discuss their engagement.
Katie said: “I know so many people out there are like, ‘Oh yeah, we’ve heard this before.’ Yeah, because I’ve rushed into things so much, made wrong choices but my head wasn’t right. My head is so right now, I’m a different person.”
