Katie Price seemed to slam her ex-husband Peter Andre for appearing on the font cover of magazines "all the time" following their split back in 2009.
The former glamour model, 44, appeared to take a subtle swipe at popstar Pete in a new interview with entrepreneur Lewis Taylor.
Sharing a preview clip of his recent conversation with the Pricey, the mum-of-five is seen discussing her life during the days following her and Pete's break-up.
She seemed to reference her former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! co-star appearing on magazine covers "all the time" after going their separate ways.
"It really did affect me and my mental health and everything from then really," Katie tells host Lewis during a video call from what looks to be her Mucky Mansion.
With a Christmas Tree in her backdrop, she appeared relaxed speaking about the ordeal as Lewis asks if she had any therapy following their split.
"No, therapy is a new thing that I've been having and I wish I had it years ago," she replied. "Because when I split from [Pete] everything was so fast."
Katie explained: "I was working here, there and everywhere, and you don't have time to think about yourself.
"Inside, things build up, I call them 'triggers'. Now I know how to deal with my 'triggers', before I didn't – which is why I would go off on one and cause destruction."
Katie shares two children with the 49-year-old Mysterious Girl singer — Junior, 17, and Princess, 15. They separated more than a decade ago after three-and-a-half years of marriage.
Katie's stepdad Paul previously said how she faced a lot of criticism following the divorce, which he blames for her struggles. He said: "I think her downfall has to start from the divorce with Pete."
He added: "From that moment, all she got was backlash, backlash, backlash and I find it quite hurtful. I’m not saying she’s an angel, but I think she deserves better.
"I can understand why she’s got [poor] mental health. It’s hard," Paul revealed during Katie's new Channel 4 documentary, Katie Price : Trauma and Me.
Katie has previously admitted she never wanted to split from Peter, who she met filming i'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2004.
She has also strenuously denied cheat rumours that have followed her for years, insisting she was never unfaithful to the singer.
"I would have stayed married to the first one. I believe in getting married and staying with them forever," she told new! magazine in 2021.
Peter ha since moved on with NHS doctor Emily MacDonagh, with whom he is now married and shares children Amelia, eight, and Theo, six.
