Katie Price has praised her ex-husband Peter Andre while gushing over their son, Junior.
The former glamour model, 44, described Mysterious Girl singer Pete, 50, as 'calm and collected' as she admitted that Junior, 17, has taken on his dad's good qualities and his personality, describing their son as Pete's 'mini-me'.
In recent years, Katie and Peter have found themselves in bitter social media feuds regarding their two children, Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, with mum-of-five Katie slamming her ex-husband and his new wife Emily for their parenting.
However, in her most recent interview on family life, Mucky Mansion star Katie appeared to make a U-turn on her feelings about Peter as she gushed over his good qualities and parenting skills.
Lifting the lid on Junior's aspiring music career as he follows in his dad's footsteps, the mum-of-five admitted that her 17-year-old son has a bright path ahead of him due to the fact he's so dedicated to making it big in the music industry - just like his dad.
"Junior with his music, is very serious. His dad is a singer, so he’s following in his footsteps," Katie told OK! Magazine. "Junior is a mini-Pete, and Princess is a mini-me. But of course they have their own identities.
"Junior’s singing career is going from strength to strength after his first single, Slide, hit the charts last year. He’s so different to the rest of the kids. He lives and breathes his studio."
Katie went on to reveal that Junior is now dead set on making a name for himself and no longer wants to participate in photoshoots or filming projects with his family as he sets his sights on building a serious name for himself in the music industry.
"He doesn’t want to do photoshoots with us any more – he wants to be known as his own person. He’s at that age where he’s too cool for school. He’s so driven," Katie gushed.
"He’s so different to me. Junior has really got his head screwed on. He’s got Pete’s personality - calm and collected.”
Junior topped the UK iTunes chart with his debut single, Slide, last year and went on to perform his first gig in the summer.
Last month, it was revealed that the teenager is taking a huge step forward in his career by landing a gig at Bestival.
