Katie Price is known for continuously going under the knife but some of her fans are now concerned that her latest face op could be masking internal problems.
Earlier this month, the mum-of-five showed off her latest surgery results.
She was previously papped with bandages covering her head after going under the knife.
The former glamour model looked extremely different as she enjoyed a date night with fiancé Carl Woods and showed off the result of her rumoured eye and brow lift, the Mirror reports.
A source claiming to be close to the star told Closer magazine: "Each time she has surgery, the bandages are barely off before she's planning her next one."
"She's trying to convince everyone, including herself, that she's ok, but she's using surgery as a smokescreen."
And now, psychological therapist Emma Kenny says she thinks that the Only Fans star should be focusing on healing her inner-self rather than going under the knife.
"Instead of working through her internal issues, like feelings of abandonment or past abuse, instead she tries to externalise it by changing her appearance," she tells Closer magazine.
"It feels like she's trying to reclaim her past rather than move positively towards the future. But she's never going to make gains by constantly making these outer changes and altering how she looks - she should concentrate on her root issues and get the support she clearly still needs."
Speaking earlier this year, Katie opened up about her battle with mental health issues and past trauma.
On Katie Price's Mucky Mansion, the star explained how her beloved horses helped her recover from her most recent struggles.
"You can have a really s*** day and then you can come to the stables and just switch off. I suppose it’s like when people go to the gym and stuff, for me being around horses, I just love it," she confessed on the Channel 4 show.
"I know that I am better because I am back wanting to do the horses and get back into it. It’s sad because there was a time I wasn’t doing anything, I didn’t have the energy mentally."
She continued: "When you are in a depression, you can’t be bothered to do anything. I couldn’t be bothered to walk to the stable and even pat the horses.
"I would look out my kitchen window and be like ‘should I just go down, and think I can’t be bothered and just curl up on the sofa and want to sleep. That’s how bad I was."
Since becoming a household name as a glamour model in the 90s, Katie's brand has become synonymous with plastic surgery.
Starting with a boob job at the tender age of 18 to kick-start of her career as alter-ego Jordan, the British star has spent thousands of pounds going under the knife with multiple surgeries in a bid to defy her years.
Over the years, the media personality has had multiple procedures and tweakments, including Botox, face lifts, Brazilian bum lifts, liposuction and several boob jobs.
Giving her take on the photos of Katie recovering from her latest surgical endeavour earlier this month, a body language expert dubbed the star 'nothing but brave' in her quest for perfection.
"Whether you're a fan of Katie’s or not these most recent photos are shocking," Judi James told the Mirror.
"Not just because of the bruises, swelling and scars to a face that had been prettier than most in its natural, untouched state, but because of the bandages around her head and chin are making her look like the victim of some terrible accident.
"Her body, her choice and I’m sure Katie will tell anyone who is critical, even if that criticism is based on care and concern, to ‘Mind their beeswax’.
She added: "Self-pity is not a feature of Katie’s body language but defiance is. And it’s a sense of defiance and resilience that is still being displayed by her here as she arrives home but still takes time to pose for the cameras like the trooper she is.
