Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods rollerblades around the Mucky Mansion ruining the floors

Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods had a whale of a time rollerblading around her Mucky Mansion yesterday.

The 32-year-old shared a video of himself skating through the house as he tried to stay on his feet.

Carl captioned the clip, which was accompanied by Avril Lavigne's Sk8r Boi: "Sunday Funday. Learning to skate and s**t."

However Katie, 43, quipped he was ruining the floors saying: "On the b****y floor as well, but gonna join in on my skates," followed by a laughing emoji.

The ex-glamour model may have been keen to get her skates on, but one fan pointed out Katie had only just recovered from breaking both her feet in 2020.

They wrote: "Surely skating will ruin your poor broken feet. You will need your sparkly crutches for real. Get your story right."

Katie purchased her once palatial pad from former Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude in 2014 for £2m, but the property has plummeted in value after falling into disrepair.

The ex-glamour model is set to learn just how much her 'Mucky Mansion' is worth in her new Channel 4 show.

The mum-of-five - who announced the start date for her new series about the iconic Mucky Mansion earlier this week - is said to be shocked to learn her home in West Sussex is now worth less than she bought it for.

"Katie knew it was in a bad state, but when she found out it's now worth less than a million - half it's original value - while filming the new show, it was a real shock," a source from the star's new Channel 4 show has told The Sun.

"She's going to do everything she can to get it back to it's former glory and make it worth something again. It's a real disaster for her."

Katie purchased what is now dubbed the Mucky Mansion when she was riding high with a string of endorsement deals, but after years of neglect and income issues it's no longer the coveted address it once was.

In fact the home became so inhabitable the reality regular had to move into rented accommodation.

In what seemed like a doomed chain of events the property caught fire in 2020 and firefighters had to be called.

The accident happened after the once luxurious home had already been littered with problems, including a broken cesspit, filthy swimming pool - as well as being targeted by thieves.

Speaking on her YouTube channel last year, Katie also revealed that fly tippers had chucked rubbish in the garden of her family home.

"This is my house that I don't live in at the moment because of all the fly tipping that was done," she said.

"Everything was stolen, it was burgled twice in a row and my ceiling has collapsed where they left the tap on."

The star concluded: "I hate it, I just hate it."
