Katie Price’s ex JJ Slater has revealed his weight loss just days after their split.
The former glamour model, 47, and TV star, 32, are believed to have parted ways last week after two years of dating.
She began dating Slater in February 2024 after he appeared on E4’s Married At First Sight UK and previously said she would marry him.
Despite this, Price reportedly ended their relationship after realising she didn’t see a future with Slater, who is 14 years her junior.
And it appears Slater has been focusing on taking care of himself and his physical health since their apparent separation.
He revealed he has hired a online fitness coach and is throwing himself into exercise, resulting in a six-pound weight loss in just 10 days.
Filming himself in his car post-workout, Slater told fans on Instagram: “About ten days ago I put up [posted] that I’ve been working with Kieran from Konditioning Coaching.
“He’s an online coach. I’ve never had one before but I thought that I’d give it a go.
“We’re 10 days in, and I’m 2.8kg down which is obviously a blinder.”
His weight loss amounts to about six pounds, which is half a stone.
Slater went on: “Yeah he holds me accountable, he sorts out my nutrition, sorts out my workouts, makes sure I’m doing my steps, my cardio.
“And if I’m not doing it he’ll call me up and be like J what are you doing.”
He concluded: “If you’re not sure about getting an online coach maybe seeing my journey might help you decide on that but yeah, shout out Kieran and more to come on this.”
Slater also tagged his coach and described him as the “brains behind the operation”.
The TV personality’s fitness journey comes days after his split from Price was reported, with sources claiming their problems had become “too obvious to ignore” in recent months.
“Katie has had doubts for some time about whether JJ is husband material, but she hoped those concerns would fade,” an insider told the Mail last week.
“Instead, her fears only grew, and she's now accepted the relationship will not end with her walking down the aisle for a fourth time.
“JJ was left disappointed and has already packed his bags and moved back to his home in Essex. He genuinely saw a future with Katie, but it seems she ultimately had a very different outlook.”
Price’s representative declined to comment at the time.
After the split news broke, Price talked about experiencing a slew of “ups and downs” last year.
“2025 privately there’s been some hiccups,” she said on her latest YouTube vlog.
“Work wise it’s been fantastic – I’ve done my tour, I’ve done my music, I’ve moved to a beautiful house.
“Everything is good, of course everyone in life will have ups and downs – and I wouldn’t want everything to be perfect.
“But this is my year – this is my year, I am telling you.”
Since her and Slater’s reported separation, she has also been sharing quotes on Instagram about “real intimacy” and soulmates.
The former I’m A Celebrity star has been married three times - to Peter Andre, 52, with whom she shares Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, to Alex Reid, 50, and to personal trainer Kieran Hayler, 38.
She also shares son Harvey, 23, with former footballer Dwight Yorke, 54.
