Katie Price has been dubbed as the 'best mother in the world' by The One Show viewers following her poignant appearance on the BBC One programme this evening.
The former glamour model, 44, appeared on the show alongside her son Harvey, 20, to advocate for people with special needs to be allowed to gain full-time employment like every other members of society who do not live with extra challenges or needs.
Harvey - whose estranged father is retired footballer Dwight Yorke - lives with Septo-optic Dysplasia, as well as autism and Prader-Willi syndrome and his conditions mean that he requires constant care around the clock.
