Katie Price's bankruptcy court hearing has been postponed for a fifth time.
The mum-of-five had been due to attend a hearing over her £3.2m debt repayment at the Royal Courts of Justice today but it will now take place on July 7 this year, writes The Mirror.
Back in February the hearing was pushed back for a fourth time, after originally being scheduled to take place in June 2022.
The former glamour model previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month but her creditors claim that has not been happening.
Katie was supposed to pay £12,000 per month to creditors of the firm through an individual voluntary arrangement.
A considerable amount of the £3.265m is owed for mortgages secured against her “Mucky Mansion”, which has landed her her own Channel 4TV show surrounding its renovation.
Bankruptcy trustees will be keen to find out how much glamour model Katie has been paid for the TV work.
Aside from her TV show, Katie also makes cash from her £12-a-month OnlyFans page, where she posts sexy photos and videos. She also flogs her old clothes on Depop and sells her used underwear and stockings.
It was recently reported that the court would want a break down of all her earnings and how she plans to pay back her debts.
A source explained to our sister paper The Mirror in January: “The court will wish to know where every penny comes from, whether that’s from selling her old clothes on Depop or stripping out of her clothes on OnlyFans. Only then can the court make up its mind about her ability to pay.”
Katie, who was worth £45m at one point in her life, was declared bankrupt in 2019.
In 2021, she was hit with a repossession order on her mansion over a £500,000 debt – meaning if it is sold, the proceeds must be used to clear what she owes.
Asked about her bankruptcy hearing on The Jeremy Vine Show, Katie said: "I think you shouldn't be ashamed if you have a bankruptcy because it's for different reasons people go into a bankruptcy. I went through a really tough time in the last few years with my mental health.
"When you go through that, you put things to the side because you can't cope with anything.
"I'm proud that I've come to the other end. It's life isn't it, sometimes you have to face these things but I'm happy and I'm in a good position. It is what it is."
Katie went on to explain the bankruptcy was related to two specific people. She added: "The bankruptcy is to do with two people in my past, that's what it's about - and you just have to deal with it."
