However when the mum-of-one popped up at the Tory Burch show yesterday - she appeared to have undergone a bit of a makeover.
Looking stoney faced in snaps, Katie wore an elegant cream coat, which she teamed with an oversized brown dress, tights and sandals.
The actress' dark hair was poker straight as she made her way inside the venue - clutching her Tory Birch bag.
The actress has had her fair share of media attention as she was married Hollywood icon Tom, 59, from 2006 to 2012.
The pair share a daughter, Suri, who is now 15.
After her divorce from the Top Gun star, Katie began dating Django Unchained actor Jamie Foxx, 54.
The pair kept their romance under wraps for a long time, but finally posed as a couple on a red carpet at the star-studded Met Gala in 2019.
However after six years together the couple split later the same year.
The actress was later in a relationship with chef Emilio Vitolo Jr - but they called it quits after eight months.
A spokesperson told Us Weekly : "The pair have parted ways amicably but remain friends."
Sources say that while the former couple enjoyed their time together, things simply didn't work out and that Katie is focusing on motherhood and her career instead.
In 2019, Katie starred in the independent film Coda alongside acting veteran Patrick Stewart.
Then in she played Liza in the film Brahms: The Boy II in 2020.
In the same year the actress played the main character in the movie The Secret: Dare to Dream co-starring Josh Lucas and Jerry O'Connell.
