Kathryn Thomas has given fans a look inside her back garden studio at her Dublin home.
The Operation Transformation host had been working on the building project in the run-up to the birth of her second child and has now shown the final product.
She took a video of the stunning modern setup after she “escaped down to the studio for my first live yoga class."
Just before she took an hour out to wind down, the 43-year-old gave her followers a mini tour, showing off stunning marble effect light fixtures and a cream borg chair.
Speaking in the video the RTE presenter said: "So we have lights, they finally arrived. I absolutely adore them.
"You can't really get a sense of them there now they're a beautiful sort of green marble effect with their brass cylinders they're stunning.
"And we've got heating, we've got wifi, I've got a little candle ready to go.
"Here it's calm, it's quiet there's nobody to pull out of me for one hour."
She had recently shared footage of the office under construction before she had given birth to her daughter.
Taking to her Instagram to announce the birth just before Christmas, Kathryn said: “The best Christmas present we could ever wish for. Little Grace.
“We were waiting for you to make our family complete. We are so blessed that you arrived and that you are here… happy and healthy.
“I honestly still sometimes can't believe it. I am absolutely knackered but deliriously in love with you… to the moon and back.”
