Katherine Ryan has called out the Kardashian family for keeping quiet about their alleged use of plastic surgery.
The comedian - who is open and honest about what cosmetic procedures she has had over the years - says there is "a level of irresponsibility" when you know young people are trying to replicate your appearance without being aware surgery has been used to achieve your look.
The pregnant star, 39, admits that while she is a fan of Kim Kardashian and co, America's most famous family boast "supernatural bodies" that "cannot be achieved biologically" and it is misleading for their young fans to believe they can achieve a similar figure through diet and exercise.
Katherine - who is expecting her third child - also recalls her own experience with surgery and tweakements, and divulges some "alleged gossip" she has heard surrounding what she believes is the latest cosmetic procedure the Kardashian family have been indulging in.
Since rising to fame in the late 00s, Kim and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and half-siblings Kendall and Kylie Jenner have all found themselves subjected to rumours about just how they achieve their incredible figures and ever-changing faces.
While many within the Kar-Jenner clan have admitted to a "bit of Botox" (Kim), a nose job (Khloe) and lip filler (Kylie), they are all adamant that they have never gone under the knife to alter their any part of their bodies - including their famous bums.
Earlier this year, it was widely speculated that Kim had joined her sister Khloe in having her alleged bum implants removed to fit in with current trends, but both stars have strongly denied ever having surgery on their derrière and claim to have never had a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) at any point throughout their lives.
Comedian Katherine is refreshingly honest about her relationship with surgery and cosmetic procedures, admitting: "I want to have more. I haven't had enough surgery."
Speaking with Heat magazine, the mum-of-two explains how because she's been open about surgery, people wrongly assume she's "had loads", but in fact has only gone under the knife for breast implants prior to becoming a household name.
When quizzed by the publication about what else she'd like to have done, Katherine spilled some tea on what she believes is the latest surgical trend to be allegedly enjoyed by the Kardashian family.
"Well, I want to find out what the Kardashians are doing and why they won't tell me," she answered when pressed on her future surgery plans.
She continued: "Their jawlines are super-snatched and their faces look like porcelain, and the best information I currently have - and this is all alleged gossip - is that they're having deep plane facelifts, which pull back the ligaments."
The Duchess actress went on to explain how she is nearly 40 and would be interested in having a similar procedure, but would only have it done if she could "find out for certain who the Kardashians are going to".
The star then moved the conversation on to discuss "the shape of their bodies", and admitted that while she thinks everyone is entitled to keep matters regarding their body private, the Kardashians do have a level of social responsibility to young fans.
After dubbing the reality TV stars as "great", Katherine says: "I think there's also a level of irresponsibility when you know there are young people who believe they can achieve that look by either starving themselves or spending all day in the gym when they can't.
"Those are supernatural bodies and they cannot be achieved biologically."
She continued to explained how surgery can be a "miracle" but is not always "good or reversible", before recalling a bad experience she had with lip filler when she was 20-years-old.
Thanks to new mum-of-two Khloe looking incredibly slim in a white jumpsuit back in June- with her once-larger bum noticeably smaller - many internet users have speculated that the Kardashian-Jenner clan have moved on from their love of surgically-enhanced curves.
"So now that the whole bbl world is shaped like 2016 Kim kardashian what they gonna do now that she getting most of it removed," one Twitter user mused when discussing the snaps, with another adding: "And just like that… the BBL was gone."
The Mirror has previously contacted Kim and Khloe's representative for a comment, and neither star is yet to publicly comment on the rumours about their ever-changing behinds.
In 2011, Kim went to great lengths in an attempt her bum was natural by getting an x-ray on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, after being dared to do so by her sisters.
"Today I am going to have a butt x-ray to prove to the world it's real," a then-30-year-old Kim explained on camera.
"This is a really crazy request but my sisters have dared me to get an ass x-ray because of all the rumours it's not real.
"If I were to have a fake ass, wouldn't it be dimple free?"
After the booty scan the star's doctor then shared an x-ray showing no indication Kim's bum had any silicone in it.
