Katherine Ryan has reported her neighbours for devaluing her property by constructing a balcony over her outdoor pool.
The Canadian comic, 38, was left highly unimpressed to find the house next to her London home had built a balcony overlooking her swimming pool without planning permission.
After discovering what her neighbours had done, Katherine took matters into her own hands and contacted her local council in a bid to have the structure removed.
