Royal fans lapped up every single second of Prince Louis ' cheeky yet adorable appearances over the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend.
Photos of the excitable four-year-old have gone viral with many newspapers using the brilliant image of him covering his ears on the Buckingham Palace balcony during the RAF flypast at Trooping the Colour.
There were more brilliant photos of him yesterday at the Jubilee Pageant, where he was spotted dancing, raspberry blowing and enjoying a cuddle on grandad Prince Charles' knee.
And according to an insider close to Louis' parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, they will have "loved" the images of him, especially the one of him on the balcony covering his ears.
They told The Telegraph's royal expert Camilla Tominey: "It wasn’t as if he was being naughty or anything. They were just kids being kids. Of course, as parents, they love to see all the photographs the next day.
“It would be different if they didn’t enjoy it, but what they are trying to do is slowly acclimatise the children to the life they are going to lead.

"It’s a careful balance – they want to get them used to that world but not make it too intense or make them feel like they’re different.”
In general, the young Prince has left royal fans and viewers delighted over the past few days.
The four-year-old was seen at various times cocking a snook, placing his hands over his face, and clenching his fists. He reacted with wonder at every event - and left people on social media in stitches.
One fan wrote: "Prince Louis being iconic as always." Another dubbed his facial expressions "legendary" while a third added: "He deserves his own meme section. I can't [deal] with how expressive his face is."
The enthusiastic youngster also couldn't stop himself from quizzing the Queen during her Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
He was photographed exchanging a few words with his great-grandmother as they awaited the planes and helicopters to fly overhead.
And a lipreader has told the Mirror what the pair appeared to be talking about - and it seems Louis was eager to know one thing.
According to Jeremy Freeman, an expert in lipreading, Louis asked: "Are the Red Arrows coming?" To which the Queen very dryly replied: "I hope so."
When the Red Arrows did show up and painted the sky red, white and blue, Louis' excitement seemed to peak after Mr Freeman says the youngster exclaimed: "Yes yes yes."
