Kate Middleton has shared Prince Louis' touching response to being told his great grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II had died, with her youngest son' referencing Prince Philip in his moving reaction.
It's not yet been three full days since Her Majesty passed away, after it was announced that she was 'under medical supervision' just a few hours earlier. The 96-year-old died at home in Balmoral, with her son, now King Charles III with her at the Scottish residence as other members of the Royal Family headed north to be with her.
King Charles was formally proclaimed as the new monarch in a historic ceremony at St James' Palace on Saturday. Prince William, the new Prince of Wales was in attendance, joining former Prime Ministers like Tony Blair, David Cameron and Gordon Brown in the room.
And then late on Saturday afternoon, Prince William was joined by wife Kate, Princess of Wales for a walkabout at Windsor, with the many in attendance buoyed by the fact Prince Harry and wife Meghan joined them to chat to the crowd and look at the many floral tributes left in honour of The Queen.

All four Royals took time to chat to some of those who'd been waiting for hours and The Mirror reports that one woman, Banita Ranow, said she heard Kate tell children next to her about what her youngest son Louis, four, had said about the Queen’s death after she passed away on Thursday at the age of 96.
Banita said Kate, who married Prince William in 2011, told the children: “Louis said at least Grannie is with great grandpa now.”
Prince Louis, who had his first day at school this week, was a real highlight of The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, with TV viewers amused and heart warmed by his actions as he was put firmly in the spotlight of the world's media and the millions who watched the televised coverage.
His father, Prince William referenced his children's time with The Queen in a moving tribute he released to his late grandmother on Saturday, saying he was glad they could "create memories that will last their whole lives".
