Kate Middleton reveals William's 'nightmare' eating habit in blunt five-word comment

The Princess of Wales has let slip about a "nightmare" eating habit of Prince William's that she finds irritating.

The royal couple have recently been releasing clips on social media of their behind-the-scenes lives at their London home. In one of their YouTube videos from King Charles' historical Coronation weekend, Kate and William can be seen getting ready to attend the ceremony with their two younger children Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The personal clip led keen royal fans wanting to know more about the couple's lifestyle and how they behave together when they're out of the spotlight.

However, Kate has already given us a glimpse into their home life as she previously revealed how William's tendency to eat takeaway pizzas on the sofa gets on her nerves.

During a royal visit to the RAF base in Cyprus in 2018, Kate complained about her husband's "nightmare" habit when it comes to eating takeaways, the Express reports.

While opening a new recreation facility at the base, William warned: "Keep the pizza off the sofas." And Kate shot back: "You’re a nightmare with that."

The royal couple seem to enjoy eating pizza after they showed their love for the dish during a recent visit to Wales. They two spent the evening at Dowlais Rugby Club near Merthyr Tydfil and stayed overnight last month.

Kate and William were spotted heading out to a Little Dragon Pizza Van in the car park where they ordered 12 pizzas that they shared with the mountain rescue team there.

Their £120 order consisted of three margherita, three pepperoni, three goats cheese and three BBQ chicken which the royals carried back to the rugby club to share out with the rescuers.

As well as pizzas, Kate is also a big fan of curries. Kate was asked if the family order takeaways and if so what was her favourite one during a BBC Radio 1 interview in 2017.

The Princess replied: "Absolutely, and curry, definitely!"

The mother-of-three also revealed that while she enjoys spicy dishes, William doesn't share her love for hot curries.

The future King previously told ex-football Peter Crouch on his podcast in 2020 that he is "not a vindaloo man put it that way" and is quite happy with a chicken masala.
