The Princess of Wales has championed the roles businesses can play in supporting children and their carers during a visit to an Iceland supermarket.
Kate wore a £70 blazer from Zara as she met Iceland's executive chairman Richard Walker during a visit to a warehouse in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
A video shared on Kensington Palace's social media channels on Saturday shows the Princess of Wales telling Mr Walker that the foundations for key skills employers look for "are built in the earliest years of our lives".
