The Duchess of Cambridge looked as elegant as ever as she paid a visit to the Commonwealth Games today.
She joined husband Prince William and middle child Princess Charlotte as they watched sports including hockey and swimming.
For the day out in Birmingham, Kate recycled her chic Alexander McQueen white trouser suit that she previously wore in Jamaica in March and at the unveiling of the Windrush monument in June.
She paired the outfit with some gorgeous earrings and a matching necklace.
However, royals fans spotted she was without her most recognisable piece of jewellery - her sapphire engagement ring.
Pictures from today show her left hand with just her wedding ring on her finger - not her stunning sapphire engagement ring.
And it led fans on social media to ask why she might have left it at home for safekeeping.
One wrote on Twitter : "I wonder how come the Duchess of Cambridge doesn't have her engagement ring on?"

While another said: "I was wondering where Kate's engagement ring was.
And another wondered: "Maybe she is having the famous sapphire ring repaired?"
It's not unusual for Kate not to wear the ring - especially on days on more active days out when there is a chance it could slip off.
She was without it on Sunday while at a sailing event and has also left it at home while visiting health settings such as hospitals.
The ring, formerly Princess Diana's engagement ring, was given to her by William when he proposed on holiday in Kenya in October 2010.
At the time, William said he wanted to use his mother's jewellery as a "way of making sure my mother didn't miss out".
He explained: "I had been carrying it around with me in my rucksack for about three weeks before that and I literally would not let it go, everywhere I went I was keeping hold of it because I knew this thing if it disappeared I would be in a lot of trouble and because I'd planned it, it went fine.
"You hear a lot of horror stories about proposing and things going horribly wrong - it went really, really well and I was really pleased she said yes."
And in the same interview, Kate spoke of how the ring was "very special" and she was keen to look after it.
