Kate Lawler has opened up about her relationship with fiancé Martin as the couple prepare to get married in seven weeks.
The radio presenter and her partner welcomed their first child - daughter Noa - 14 months ago, and the Big Brother winner, 41, says they went through a tough patch which left them 'in the worst possible place'.
Kate was honest with her fans as she explained since having Noa, they haven't prioritised their relationship.
