“What a lovely light of a human. She was an inspiration to me as I dreamed of what my performers life ahead may be.
“Thank you for sharing your light to the world as it moved and shaped little girls like me.
“May we all today sing for Olivia and celebrate her courageous years of fighting. Love and light.”
At the end of the song Kate pulled a sad face as she snuggled in to hug her daughter even more.

Legendary actress and singer Olivia died at the age of 73 on Monday August 8.
The star passed away surrounded by family and friends at her ranch in South California, her husband confirmed.
She had battled breast cancer for 30 years and been diagnosed with the deadly disease three times. However, her cause of death is yet to be confirmed.
Prior to her death she revealed she had been complementing her traditional medicine treatments with meditation, acupuncture and massage therapies.
It was revealed she used medical marijuana and was following a vegan diet sparking the beginning of her recovery journey.
Olivia went into remission until 2013, but then the cancer resurfaced and spread to other parts of her body.
By 2017 it had progressed to stage 4 and was in her spine, meaning the cancer could no longer be stopped.
In one of her last ever interviews, the screen siren bravely spoke about dying and the way she would like to go.
She told Sarah Grynberg’s A Life of Greatness podcast: "We all know we are going to die, but I think we spend our lives in denial."
Explaining her take on it, she said: "It’s extremely personal, so it’s hard to put into words.
"I feel that we are all one thing – and I’ve had experiences with spirits and spirit life. I believe there is something that happens.
"I hope the energies of the people you love will be there. I think all the love will be there. I’m sort of looking forward to that, not now, but when it happens."
