Kate Garraway and her husband Derek Draper were in good form as they're pictured heading out to a pub lunch.
The Good Morning Britain host's husband Derek was hospitalised after contracting Covid-19 several years ago and still requires around-the-clock care after being subsequently discharged as he battles the aftereffects of the virus.
He was in a medically induced coma and stayed at the hospital for 13 months. He has been in and out of the hospital ever since.
Kate, 56, has been open about the struggles the family faces amid his recovery and even invited camera crews into her home for her Finding Derek and Caring For Derek documentary.
And now, Kate and her 55-year-old husband were seen enjoying a low-key outing in town along with his carer and her parents.
Earlier this week, Derek was pictured being pushed in a wheelchair as he relaxed with his family.
He looked healthy in a casual navy jumper, tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.
His carer pushed him down the street while Kate and her parents followed closely by.
The entire group were departing a north London pub and appeared in good spirits.
Kate matched in a blue-and-white floor-length dress which she teamed with a white cardigan and a blue scarf.
She looked content as she carried her handbag and an M&S bag with her.
Last month, Good Morning Britain presenter Kate revealed Derek returned from the hospital in a sweet post.
She shared a series of snaps of her "very special weekend" which showed herself and her husband alongside their children and other family members.
As she posted the photos to her Instagram page, Kate wrote: " Funny how it was just grandad & I for the digging & planting & then suddenly everyone appears when up!!
"Crowning a very special weekend with the Drapers ( Aunty Sue & grandma you are here in spirit) by planting a magnolia tree for#earthday. Happy Sunday everyone xxx Xxx".
A few days before, Kate told GMB viewers that Sir Elton John met with her family after paying tribute to Derek.
Kate, Derek and their two children Darcey and Billy had the amazing opportunity to travel to The O2 Arena to watch Sir Elton John as part of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.
Describing the night, Kate began: "Three hours of watching a living legend perform," as co-host Adil Ray interrupted: "You must have been in floods of tears, all of you."
"Derek was crying, Darcey was crying. It was amazing and he's been so kind since, phenomenal. And, we actually got to meet, we didn't think we'd be able to connect them up but he was brilliant," she continued.
"He rushed off stage just as we were trying to get Derek out and Derek and Elton. met. Both of them were in tears, we all were."
Kate explained Sir Elton's children were also present and left in tears by the emotional meeting.
Kate quipped: "It was unbelievable. Anyway, having not spoken about it for 24 hours, I now can't stop talking about it."
