Kate Forbes returns to public eye with new job as live host

SCOTLAND'S former deputy first minister will return to the public eye with a new job hosting live events across the country.

Kate Forbes made the shock announcement last year that she would stand down from the Scottish Parliament – despite being seen as a contender for the top job after John Swinney.
