Kate Ferdinand has said she is 'rapidly growing' as she shared a glimpse at her baby bump as she counts down to the arrival of her second child. The former The Only Way is Essex star announced at the end of January that she and her husband Rio were expanding their family following a tragic miscarriage.
Kate, who shares two-year-old son Cree with Rio, took to her Instagram to confirm the happy news with a video. The 31-year-old, who married the former footballer in 2019, could be seen in a black-and-white video walking away from the camera.
The clip, set to Minnie Riperton's Lovin' You, then showed Kate turn around as she beamed for the camera before opening her coat and lovingly placing her hand on her blossoming baby bump as she sported a figure-hugging dress.

Kate, who is stepmother to husband Rio's children Tate, 13, Lorenz, 15, and Tia, 11, captioned the heartwarming post: "We’ve been praying for you…" after she revealed the heartbreaking news in July last year that she and Rio had suffered a miscarriage.
The mum-of-two-to-be has since been keeping her fans and followers updated on her pregnancy on social media and on Monday (May 22) took part in an Instagram Q&A. Kate was asked: "How long before bubbas due. Exciting times", and confirming her due date she replied: "Eight weeks to go and the belly is rapidly growing."
Alongside the answer, Kate, who previously revealed she is expecting a baby girl, shared a picture of herself showing off her growing bump as she rocked a pair of sweatpants and rolled up her black t-shirt to proudly showcase her belly.
Kate was also asked if she was "prepared and ready for baby's arrival," and she was completely honest. "Erm, kind of," she laughed. "I haven't really had to do much as we are keeping Cree's nursery the same for the baby.
"Cree has now moved to his big boy room and Lorenz and Tate have moved too. I still need to get a pram and a few little bits. I've had so much on I haven't really thought about it all! Now the 3 boys are settled in their new rooms I'm going to focus on baby girl."
It comes after Kate revealed she and Rio have only just plucked up the courage to start having their first 'pecks' in front of their children - six years after getting together. Kate said she and Rio started off with a no-kissing rule when they were in front of his three children from his first marriage with late wife Rebecca.
Speaking about how she and Rio had to be sensitive about their relationship early on because of the children, Kate said: 'We didn't have the whole honeymoon period. It went full-blown 'right we've got kids and if we're going to make this work we're all in.'"
She continued on the Scummy Mummies podcast: "So the romance was pretty dead because there's three kids, they've lost their mum, you're thinking about so much, you just want to get it right. I don't feel like I was there constantly, and when I was I was fun. And absolutely no kissing.
"We said this the other day - I said 'we don't really kiss in front of the kids that much'. I said 'it's because at the beginning we were so conscious to not do it, to not worry them, or make it uncomfortable, that all of a sudden we've then just continued that'.
"So we've started to have a little peck. We go 'Oh, give us a kiss - Urgh, disgusting'. But it is six years down the line now."
