Kate Ferdinand posed up a storm as she showed off her toned body while enjoying a "fabulous" sun-filled getaway with her family.
The former TOWIE star, 31, shared a stunning snap to Instagram on Sunday as she stood next to a luxurious infinity pool while wearing a brown bikini and a pair of gold sunglasses.
Kate, married to ex-England footballer Rio Ferdinand, pulled her hair back into a cute bun and opted for a nude lipstick.
She also wore a simple necklace and several bracelets, as well as a pair of small gold earrings.
Kate left a brown heart emoji next to the snap. Sharing it on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "Back from a fabulous few days away with the family."
Rio left a kissing face emoji in the comments and fans were quick to praise Kate for her "body of dreams".
One person wrote: "Honestly body of dreams," while another added: "I want to look this good at getting out of the pool! You look amazing Kate but you work so hard to get the results."
"Your torso is what dreams are made of," a third wrote, adding a heart and fire emoji.
Another fan penned: "Such a stunning figure x."
Kate and Rio said 'I do' in 2019 and welcomed their first child together, son Cree, in December 2020.
Speaking on her podcast Blended, Kate recently admitted that she feels like she has "lost all sense of herself".
Speaking with guest Marvyn Harrison, she said; "I felt like I was so happy to be a parent, I was so happy to have a biological child, but I just felt like I lost all sense of who I actually was.
"Rio was going to work every day, putting on his suit, looking fly, spraying his aftershave, skipping out the door and I'm sitting there in my pyjamas with no sense of who I am."
She added: "For me it's really important for my children to see me going to work, especially our daughter Tia.
"She needs to see me going to work so she knows it's important to go to work, it's important to be independent. I feel like we should show our children how we want them to be."
