It’s clearly very important to Kash Patel, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, that people believe he does not drink excessively. Unfortunately for Patel, a brutal TV reel is now going viral across nearly every social media platform, featuring Patel himself repeatedly discussing his apparent fondness for spending his free time with a bottle.
The clip first originated from The Briefing with Jen Psaki on MS Now, where Patel explained that he spends his Sunday evenings drinking and that even Donald Trump knows not to contact him during that time. In another clip, Patel instead claims Friday is actually his designated drinking day — taking credit for turning “Flannel Fridays” into an online trend because that was supposedly the day he drank while wearing flannel shirts.
