Kartik Aaryan, who will be essaying the role of an obsessive killer in his upcoming film, 'Freddy', recently opened up about his scary fan experience and things he is obsessed with in real life.
Recalling a crazy fan incident, Kartik shared with a news portal that a girl once framed a photograph that had her and him as a married couple. She brought it and stood beneath his house with it, claiming they were both married. The actor went on to say that he found out about it much later and thought it was a little creepy.
When asked if there is something he is obsessed with in his life, Kartik added that he is just obsessed with his films, his work, and Katori (his pet pooch).
Talking about playing a menacing killer in 'Freddy', Kartik admitted that he was initially quite apprehensive. However, he clarified that he wasn’t concerned about how the audience would react to my role. According to him, they are very smart. They had released a mini clip from the film that was about 45 seconds to one minute long, but the audience picked up little things from it and really enjoyed them. Kartik added that he was glad that they took notice of those things because he also looks at films like an audience. The actor too like being shocked and thrilled, he told News 18.
'Freddy' also stars Alaya F in a lead role. The film is slated to release on an OTT platform on December 2.
